PRE-CONSTRUCTION
An important part of every project is proper design and planning, cost and schedule development, constructability reviews and value engineering prior to the start of a construction project. These services can be provided individually or bundled in a group.
When pre-construction services are utilized effectively, they can result in a reduction of changes during the construction phase of a project, as well as keeping a project on schedule and budget.

DESIGN-BUILD
There are several advantages of design-build for the owner, including a single point of accountability for the design and construction and a faster delivery of construction. In a design build contract, K2CG will enter into an agreement with an owner and will have the responsibility of providing for design and construction.
K2CG uses the design capabilities of long time partners, Williams Design Group and Bera Engineering, creating an efficient and effective A&E design build-team to serve the needs and requirements of the client.

K2CG‘s “green” building initiative is supported by a substantial number of LEED® Accredited Professionals on our staff. With expertise in estimating, project management and other disciplines, these professionals are fully qualified to assist our clients in meeting their environmental goals.
