Project Summary
K2CG provided all labor, services and material necessary to completely remove and replace all roofing, flashing, insulation, sheet metal and disposed of obsolete equipment from five (5) separate buildings. Per this contract, K2CG removed the existing deteriorated built-up roofing material, furnished and installed a multi-ply modified bitumen (SBS) roof over a multi-layered and complex tapered (min. R-30) insulation assembly over various deck structures. Additionally, K2CG installed all new custom sheet metal flashings throughout.

• Providing adequate interior protection and ongoing house keeping
• Site safety and general hazard analysis and mitigation
• During construction, damage to precast coping was discovered. K2CG provided shop drawings, removed and replaced affected area with a custom fabricated coping and integrated fascia system.
